The Flyers Ladies set up consists of 3 teams, a First Team, a Reserve Team, and an A-Team. The Ladies set up began with teams moving straight up from Youth to Senior, playing their way through the Hampshire Divisions. From the beginning, Flyers have always strived to have at least 2 Ladies teams playing, in order to cater for as many abilities as possible. We are extremely proud that as of 2015 we have been able to run 3 Ladies sides, to increase our inclusion levels. It is also our ambition that our Ladies not only get to enjoy playing the beautiful game, but that they will also inspire our Youth, who will one day progress to be part of our senior set up. 

Our philosophies of participation and performance are most clearly demonstrated in our Ladies teams, as following the years in which our Youth age groups moved all as one to Senior level, the club now has the numbers and talent to run a First Team based on performance, alongside a Reserves and Development team based on participation.

Our First team have been very successful over the last 5 years, seeing a number of promotions which now has them playing in the Southern Region Premier Division (Tier 5). Our Reserves compete 2 divisions below this in Hampshire County Division 1 and our A team play 2 divisions bellow this in Hampshire Division 3. We want to continue to create the opportunity for all Ladies to play at Flyers, at whatever level suits them. We are lucky enough to have a group of dedicated and talented coaches in our Ladies set up, they are:

2. Ladies Reserve Team: Allan Higgs, Chae Gordon, Rob Gordon 
3. Ladies A Team: Paul Stone, Steve Elkins 
4. Ladies Goalkeeper Coaches: Mark Snelling and Adam Paszkowscy
