First Team Manager

The club would like to announce that Allan Higgs has stepped down from his role as First Team Manager. After 5 years running this team, as well as previously being assistant manager, Allan’s dedication to this team has been immense!! Some of the players in the First team have been under Allan’s management since 2009 and I know they would like to say a huge thank you to him 🙌🏻 In more recent seasons, with the help of Tony, Steve and Mark, the team have progressed to the highest level Flyers have ever played at and finished this year in 3rd place in the league and made it to a cup final!! Despite this departure from coaching for the time being Allan will still be staying as Club Chairman, a role in which he does a brilliant job⚽️ Never one for the limelight (hence the lack of pictures of him😂) Allan has been central to the clubs development, especially the ladies, and the Club is massively thankful for all his hard work🤗 #uptheflyers
